This Privacy Policy explains how LittleSeed Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use our mobile application, Milo’s Surgery Guide for Kids (the “App”).

1. Important Note on Children’s Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

Milo’s Surgery Guide for Kids is an interactive storybook app designed for children. We are committed to complying with the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”) and other global privacy laws protecting children.

2. Information We Collect

Our App is designed for children and does not collect any direct identifier information. Data is collected to support internal operations including usage statistics of the stories you read, pages viewed, time spent in the app, and features used. This information is used solely to improve user experience, app performance, and overall quality. The information we collect falls into the following categories:

A. Information You Provide Directly

• Customer Support and Communications: Information you send us when and if you contact us for support outside of the App, including your email address and the content of your communication.

B. Information Collected Automatically (Usage Data)

When you use the App, we automatically collect certain information about your device and activity, which may be considered Personal Data under some laws.

App Data Collection

• We do NOT collect any information that can directly identify a child:
  • Not collected: First or last name 
  • Not collected: Home or physical address
  • Not collected: Email address
  • Not collected: Telephone number
  • Not collected: Social Security number
• We do collect the following indirect identifiers for support for the internal operations of the App:
  • Device ID
  • IP address
  • Approximate geographic location (mapped from IP address)
    Note: This location is never more precise than the city level (e.g., we do not collect street-level or precise GPS coordinates).
  • Device manufacturer and model platform type 
  • Operating system and version 
  • Language
  • CPU information

3. How We Use Your Information

We take children’s privacy seriously and follow the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). The App collects only limited information needed for internal operations — such as gameplay progress, usage statistics, and performance data. Because we only collect persistent identifiers (like Device ID and IP address) for the sole purpose of supporting the internal operations of the App, we are not required to provide notice to or obtain verifiable parental consent under COPPA.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your Personal Information. Indirect identifiers are shared in the following situations:

• With Service Providers: We use third-party companies to provide the App on our behalf and assist us in analyzing how our App is used. These service providers (e.g., Google Play Store, Unity Analytics) use this data only to provide the service (e.g., app performance monitoring, crash reports, and aggregate usage statistics) and are obligated not to disclose or use your information for any other purpose.
• With Public Authorities (Legal Obligation): If required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court order).
• For Business Transfers: In connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.
• With Your Consent: We may disclose your Personal Information for any other purpose with your explicit consent.
